Abstract：The five Han peoples in five capital areas in Liao Dynasty were divided into two different areas based on their living regions and resettlement modes. Khitanization of Han people in Liao Dynasty was one key part of multinational integration of Chinese, lied mainly in politics, economics, culture, and social life, and showed local colors in its progressive process. These were the inevitable results of multinational integration of Chinese, driving-force of Liao’s national policy, and Liao’s tradition as well as the changes in relation between Liao and Song.
