Abstract：According to the multi-timing, complexity, diversity and other characteristics of technology professionals demand forecasting system, the effective demand forecasting predictors are screened out with egression analysis, to improve BP neural network combined with particle swarm optimization (PSO), and regional technology professionals demand forecasting model is established based on PSO-BP coupling algorithm. Finally, Liaoning Province Statistical Yearbook historical data from 2005 to 2012 are selected to predict the test. The results show that the generalization and prediction accuracy of the prediction model is superior to other three conventional forecasting models.
