Abstract：Aiming at the problem of digital transformation of educational publishing house, the misunderstanding of publishing function and external thrust of digital transformation of traditional education publishers are analyzed inductively. It put forward development paths, such as to establish a brand, rely on publishing industry, concentrate on advantages, use focus strategy and explore the strategic alliance, etc, in order to provide reference for publishing houses.
